Sinner’s Coach on Alexander Zverev’s Grand Slam Prospects

Simone Vagnozzi, the coach of world No. 1 Jannik Sinner, has shared his thoughts on the Grand Slam chances of German tennis player Alexander Zverev.

Vagnozzi stated, “I am convinced that Zverev will win at least one Grand Slam tournament. He has significantly improved since his ankle injury. Since then, he has made more progress than in the entire period before.” These remarks by Vagnozzi were reported by Venerdi de Repubblicca.

It`s worth noting that on April 18th, Zverev advanced to the semi-finals of the ATP 500 clay court tournament in Munich, Germany. In the quarter-finals, he overcame Dutch player Tallon Griekspoor (ATP No. 37) in three sets, with a score of 6-7(6), 7-6(3), 6-4.
