He stated he would be thrilled to celebrate this milestone victory there, especially after a successful start where he defeated Australian player Rinky Hijikata.

“Miami is undoubtedly the perfect venue for me to win my 100th title. I would be incredibly happy to reach this landmark here. It`s a long tournament, but this initial win boosts my confidence, showing me that success is within reach, even though the journey will be demanding,” Djokovic commented during a press conference.
