World No. 56 Spanish player, Jaume Munar, shared his thoughts after defeating world No. 8 Russian player, Daniil Medvedev, with a score of 6-2, 6-3 in the second round of the Miami Masters.
Munar stated, “This victory means a lot to me. I feel fantastic after all the hard work I have put in to compete in tournaments like this. I feel very comfortable here, and I believe I am playing excellent tennis on hard courts this year. The end of the match was a bit tense, but overall, I am very pleased with my performance.”
He further commented, “I have made significant changes to my game, including my technique and tactics. This year, everything is working very effectively. I believe I need to continue improving and evolving my game. I need to identify areas where I can still improve, and I think my team and I are doing a great job in this regard.”
