Russian tennis player Karen Khachanov, ranked 20th in the world, shared his impressions of his performance in the fourth-round match at Wimbledon. He defeated Poland`s Kamil Majchrzak with a score of 6/4, 6/2, 6/3.
Khachanov admitted that he was satisfied with his game.
“Honestly, the performance was excellent. On a 10-point scale, it was a nine.”
“There was one game in the third set where I was leading with a break and made a couple of unforced errors. Of course, it would have been better to avoid that and maintain the lead calmly. But I managed to stay composed and made another break right away, which allowed me to close out the match.”
“Honestly, I am very satisfied. With my serve, my shots, and especially my backhand down the line. I hit many winners in this match, and not just those,” Karen said at the press conference.
