The PGA Tour is coming to Augusta National this week for the 89th Masters Tournament, the first major of the year. World No. 1 and defending champion Scottie Scheffler leads a strong field of players all hoping to win the famous green jacket.
Scheffler won last year by four strokes over Ludvig Åberg and is aiming for his third green jacket in just four years. Only Jack Nicklaus has achieved three green jackets in a four-year period, winning in 1963, 1965, and 1966. The winner of this year`s Masters will also take home $3.6 million from the total prize money of $20 million.
ESPN and its digital platforms will provide coverage of the Masters, with live broadcasts of the first and second rounds starting at 3 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.
